2025 Grand Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre (“Organizer”) will host two virtual prize draws:

  • Draw #1 for Gold & Diamond Members Only: November 4, 2025
  • Draw #2 for All Participants: November 17, 2025

By entering, participants (“Entrants”) confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion to maintain fairness and comply with applicable laws.

2. Prizes

Draw #1: Gold & Diamond Members

  • iPhone 17 Pro (512GB, Cosmic Orange) — Retail: $1,899 | Value (incl. tax): $2,126
  • Thermage FLX Face + Neck — Retail: $5,450 | Value (incl. tax): $5,830
    Total Giveaway Value (incl. tax): $7,956

Draw #2 : All Participants

  • Cash Prize — $1,000
  • Ultralift Max — Retail: $4,900 | Value (incl. tax): $5,243
  • Product Gift Basket (winner’s choice) — $500
    Total Giveaway Value (incl. tax): $6,743

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
  • Prizes may be transferred to another person with prior written approval from the Organizer.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with claiming or using a prize.

3. Eligibility

  • Draw #1: Open only to current Gold and Diamond Members of Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre.
  • Draw #2: Open to all Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre clients, including non-winners from Draw #1.
  • Entrants must be 19 years of age or older and residents of British Columbia at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Earn Entries

Draw #1 (Gold & Diamond Members Only)

  • Every $500 spent (after tax) = 1 entry
  • Early Bird Bonus: Purchases made between October 16–24, 2025 = 1 entry
  • Social Media Share: Post our promotional poster on Instagram Stories, Instagram feed, RedBook, or WeChat and tag @vancouverlaser.
    (Posts must be public or non-private so entries can be verified.) = 1 entry
  • New Gold or Diamond Membership Signup = 1 entry

Draw #2 (All Participants)

  • Every $500 spent (after tax) = 1 entry
  • Social Media Share: Same as above = 1 entry
  • New Gold or Diamond Membership Signup = 1 entry

The Organizer reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any Entrant who provides false information, tampers with the process, or violates these Terms.

5. Draw Process & Winner Notification

  • Both draws will be conducted virtually using a computerized random selection system to ensure fairness.
  • Winners will be contacted via email or phone based on the contact information in our client system.
  • Entrants are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and current.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Winners must present valid government-issued ID to claim their prize.

6. Publicity & Marketing Consent

By entering, Entrants grant the Organizer permission to use their name, likeness, images, and voice for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and other marketing materials, without further compensation. Winners agree to be photographed and/or recorded for publicity.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, unauthorized access, or other disruptions to the entry process
  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
  • Any injury, damage, or loss related to participation or prize use

By entering, Entrants release the Organizer and its affiliates from all claims or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during this Promotion will be used only for administration, winner notification, and prize delivery, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Organizer’s Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other issues
  • Amend these Terms to comply with legal or regulatory requirements
  • Disqualify any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms
