How It Works

Sylfirm X is the latest innovation in RF microneedling technology that uses repeating ultra short pulses to treat abnormal blood vessels and deeper inflammatory pigmentation. Sylfirm is the only RF microneedling device approved to safely treat neovascularities like rosacea and melasma.

Is the Sylfirm X painful? 

Most patients describe this treatment as comfortable with a slight tingling sensation and light pressure. A topical numbing cream is applied prior to this treatment to ensure maximum comfort levels. However, we understand that every patient has a different tolerance for discomfort. To ensure the most comfortable experience possible, we also offer other measures should you require them, such as laughing gas. If you would like to include laughing gas in your session, you must arrange a safe ride home after and not operate any machinery, including a car, for 24 hours after the treatment.

How long do results last?

Everyone is different, but the collagen you make is your own and with accelerated production over three months. 

Is one treatment enough? 

We rarely spot treat our clients. If you have a few acne scars on your face we can pretty much guarantee you also have a few large pores and textural imperfections that can benefit from the treatment. We also don't want to improve just one part of your face! We aim for an even texture and tone panfacial.
