How Many Cycles Do I Need?

One CoolSculpting® cycle refers to one applicator placement, not necessarily one complete treatment area.

The number of cycles recommended depends on the area being treated, your anatomy, fat distribution and the contour you would like to achieve.

Some clients may only need a focused treatment plan, while others may benefit from treating multiple areas for a more comprehensive result.

What to Expect

Treatment Time

Treatment time varies depending on your treatment plan and the number of applicator placements required. CoolSculpting® Elite can use two applicators simultaneously when appropriate.

Results

Changes appear gradually as the body processes the treated fat cells over the following weeks and months. Individual results and timelines vary.

Downtime

CoolSculpting® Elite is nonsurgical and typically requires little to no downtime. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, firmness, tingling or numbness can occur in the treated area.
