Membership Terms and Conditions

General Terms (Applicable to All Tiers):

  • Membership expires 1 year from the initial sign-up date.
  • Treatments expire 18 months after the initial purchase. Refund Policy applies.
  • The complimentary Ulthera Brow in the Diamond Membership expires within 12 months.
  • A $100 referral credit is issued only to the referrer (the member), not the new patient.
  • Free shipping on skincare product orders over $299 is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
  • Injectable discounts do not apply to nurse injector services.
  • Any gift voucher or reward not redeemed before the membership ends will be deemed invalid.
  • No refund or transfer of membership.
  • Discounts and vouchers are not applicable to:
    • IV Therapy
    • Botox HH
    • Botox Migraine
    • RX prescriptions
    • Cortisone Injections
    • Hylase
    • CoolSculpting Traditional
    • CoolSculpting Elite
    • SkinGym

Gold Membership – $50 Product Reward:

  • The $50 birthday product reward can be redeemed during the Gold member’s birthday month towards any eligible product priced $50 or above (pre-tax).
  • The $50 birthday product reward has no cash value, is non-refundable, and no change will be given.
  • This reward cannot be combined with membership product discounts or any other special product promotions.
  • Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms.

Diamond Membership – $500 Treatment Credit:

  • Diamond members receive five (5) $100 gift vouchers, each redeemable toward services (excluding products).
  • One ($100) voucher may be redeemed for every $1,000 spent. The spend amount is calculated after any discounts and before taxes.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date (membership sign-up date).
  • Vouchers may be used by the Diamond member or gifted to new clients of the clinic.
  • Gift vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers can be applied with regular Diamond member discounts but cannot be used for special promotions, new treatment introductory pricing, or purchases exceeding the standard Diamond discount levels.
  • 10% Injectable discount does not apply to nurse injector services.
  • The Ultherapy brow lift can be gifted to new clients or upgraded to a full-face Ultherapy treatment. It holds a credit value of $400 when applied towards an upgrade to a different Ultherapy treatment. No refunds or exchanges for credits, and they cannot be applied to other treatments.
